→ Garlicky Cream Sauce

10 - Salt, adjust to your liking
11 - Fresh parsley, chopped for topping
12 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
13 - 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
14 - 3 tbsp butter
15 - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
16 - Pepper, add based on your taste
17 - 1 cup heavy cream

# Instructions:

01 - Mix together soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a big bowl. Toss in the chicken chunks. Let them soak up the flavors for at least a half hour or as long as 12 hours.
02 - On medium heat, melt the butter in a small pot. Toss in the garlic and stir it around for a minute or two until it smells amazing. Add the cream and keep it simmering gently.
03 - Sprinkle in the Parmesan and stir until it melts into a smooth, velvety sauce. Add mustard if you're using it. Sprinkle on some salt and pepper to suit your taste. Keep it warm until serving.
04 - Preheat a grill or stovetop grill pan over medium heat. Lightly grease it with oil. Grill the chicken chunks for about 3–4 minutes on each side until they've got a nice char and are cooked all the way through.
05 - Place the cooked chicken pieces on a platter. Pour the warm, creamy garlic sauce over the top. Sprinkle parsley on top, and serve it while it's hot.
