# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour

07 - ¼ cup granulated sugar
08 - 2 large eggs
09 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
10 - Vegetable oil for frying
11 - Powdered sugar for dusting

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt. Whisk until evenly blended.
02 - In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter is achieved.
03 - In a deep skillet or fryer, heat vegetable oil to 180°C (350°F). Ensure the oil is deep enough for frying.
04 - Using a funnel or piping tool, carefully drizzle batter into the hot oil in desired bite-sized patterns. Fry for 1-2 minutes per side or until golden brown.
05 - Remove the bites from the oil using a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Dust generously with powdered sugar before serving.
