Fluffy Strawberry Chill (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 package (serves 4) strawberry gelatin mix
02 - 120 ml hot water
03 - 120 ml chilled water

→ Fruit and Dairy

04 - 150 g fresh sliced strawberries
05 - 115 g softened cream cheese
06 - 1 cup (240 ml) thawed whipped topping
07 - 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

→ Toppings (optional)

08 - Extra strawberry slices
09 - More whipped topping

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, stir the gelatin powder into the hot water until it fully dissolves.
02 - Combine the dissolved gelatin, cream cheese, strawberries, cold water, and vanilla extract in a blender. Blend on high for about a minute, making sure it’s smooth and creamy.
03 - Pour the blended mixture into a big bowl. Using a whisk, gently fold in the whipped topping till it’s well mixed and stays light.
04 - Spoon the mousse evenly into four bowls or glasses. Chill in the fridge for a couple of hours until firm.
05 - Right before serving, add extra whipped topping and strawberry slices on top, if you like.

# Notes:

01 - To get the smoothest mousse, make sure the cream cheese is properly softened before blending.
