02 - White sugar - 2 tablespoons
03 - All-purpose flour - 1 and 1/4 cups

→ Wet Ingredients

04 - Vanilla extract - 1/4 teaspoon
05 - Large egg - 1
06 - Melted butter - 2 tablespoons
07 - Fresh milk - 1 cup

# Instructions:

01 - Pile the pancakes, plop on a bit of butter, pour over maple syrup, toss on some fruit if you want, and dig in.
02 - As you finish each pancake, just stack them on a plate and put a towel on top to trap the heat until you're done with the rest.
03 - Fire up your nonstick pan on medium. Drop about a third cup of batter in the middle. Flip once bubbles pop and the sides seem firm. Let it go till both sides turn golden.
04 - In a big bowl, toss in the flour, baking powder, and sugar first. Then add the milk, butter, egg, and vanilla. Stir but don’t worry about little lumps showing up. Stop as soon as it looks blended.

# Notes:

01 - A top-notch nonstick pan really makes these turn out awesome
02 - Don’t get carried away with mixing—leaving it a tad lumpy is actually good
