Cook the ground beef in a big pot until browned. Keep the meat, but throw out the grease.

Add the water, canned tomatoes along with their juices, and soup mix to the pot. Let it gently bubble for about an hour over medium-low heat.

Toss in the macaroni and frozen veggies. Let it cook another 15 minutes on medium. Dish up while it’s hot.
