01 -
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) for even baking and a perfectly golden crust.
02 -
Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle approximately 12 x 14 inches. For easier transfer, roll the dough directly onto a piece of parchment paper.
03 -
Mix 1 tablespoon of melted butter with minced garlic in a small bowl. Brush this mixture evenly over the entire surface of the dough.
04 -
Sprinkle ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the dough, leaving a 1–2-inch border along one long edge and both short edges. Layer the ham slices, followed by another ½ cup of shredded mozzarella. Then add the salami and pepperoni, sprinkling the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
05 -
Brush beaten egg along the exposed edges of the dough. Starting from the long edge without the egg wash, roll the stromboli tightly in a jelly-roll style. Pinch the seam to seal and tuck the ends underneath for a neat finish.
06 -
Combine the remaining 2 tablespoons of melted butter with garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley. Brush this mixture over the top of the stromboli. Use a serrated knife to create shallow diagonal cuts approximately 2 inches apart along the top.
07 -
Place the stromboli onto a baking sheet or pizza stone and bake for 25–30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
08 -
Let the stromboli cool for 5 minutes before slicing into 8 pieces. Serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
