01 - 1 ounce package freeze-dried strawberries or dried strawberry powder
02 - 4 cups rice or corn Chex mix cereal
03 - 1 cup white chocolate chips
04 - 1/3 cup icing sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Crush the freeze-dried strawberries into a fine powder. If using pre-made dried strawberry powder, skip to the next step.
02 - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
03 - Place the rice or corn Chex mix cereal in a large mixing bowl. Pour the melted white chocolate over the cereal, gently folding to evenly coat all pieces.
04 - Sprinkle the crushed freeze-dried strawberry powder over the coated cereal and toss to distribute evenly.
05 - Add the icing sugar to the cereal mixture and shake or toss until each piece is fully coated.
06 - Let the mixture cool completely before transferring to an airtight container for storage or serving.
