Honey Lime Chicken Thighs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
02 - 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
03 - 7 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

→ Honey Lime Marinade

04 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
05 - 2 tablespoons honey
06 - 4 tablespoons lime juice, squeezed fresh

→ Garnish

07 - 1 lime, cut very thin
08 - 2 green onions, chopped up fine

# Instructions:

01 - Move your cooked chicken thighs onto serving plates. Scoop some of that tasty sauce from the pan on top, toss those sliced limes and scallions over everything, and you're good to go.
02 - Flip the chicken, so the skin side’s facing up. Tip the honey-lime mix into the skillet and drop the heat. Slap on a tight lid and let it cook 14 to 18 minutes. Once the thermometer says 82°C, you’re set. While cooking, let those yummy juices mix with the sauce.
03 - Pour olive oil in your 30 cm skillet and turn the heat to medium-high. Lay the chicken thighs skin down and let them cook till the skin’s super crispy and golden—about 5 minutes.
04 - Shake salt everywhere on those chicken thighs. Don’t forget under the skin so all the meat tastes great.
05 - Grab a little bowl and whisk your lime juice, honey, and soy sauce together till it’s all mixed up.

# Notes:

01 - Getting the chicken nice and brown on the outside makes it taste better and look awesome.
02 - Use a meat thermometer to make sure chicken’s cooked enough—thighs should hit 82°C.
