Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - A dozen bite-sized cheddar or mozzarella cubes
02 - Salt and a pinch of pepper, use what you like
03 - 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
04 - A spoonful (1 tablespoon) ketchup
05 - 2 cloves garlic, chopped up small
06 - 1 small onion, diced super fine
07 - 1 pound ground beef

→ Dough

08 - One can (16 ounces) of ready-to-bake biscuit dough

→ Garlic Butter Topping

09 - A teaspoon dried parsley flakes
10 - 2 spoons (tablespoons) grated Parmesan cheese
11 - 2 garlic cloves, chopped small
12 - A quarter cup melted unsalted butter

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the beef and onion into a big skillet. Brown it all up, then pour off the extra fat. Get your oven up to 375°F (190°C) and pop parchment on a baking sheet.
02 - Sprinkle in ketchup, garlic, mustard, plus salt and pepper. Let it sizzle for another minute or two, then take it off the heat so it can cool down.
03 - Take each biscuit, stretch it into a circle about four inches wide. Place your cooled beef mix and a cheese cube in the middle, then pinch the sides together to close it up.
04 - Grab a small bowl, stir together melted butter, parmesan, garlic, and parsley. Slather this mix right over the biscuit balls.
05 - Pop the tray in the oven for about 15 to 18 minutes, or until you see golden tops. Give them a couple minutes before digging in.

# Notes:

01 - Each cheesy stuffed dough ball packs a classic burger vibe and they're awesome for get-togethers or just snacking anytime.
