Effortless Creamy French Onion Beef Noodles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 60 grams French fried onions (1 cup)
02 - 25 grams grated Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup)
03 - 120 milliliters sour cream (1/2 cup)
04 - 340 grams egg noodles
05 - 710 milliliters beef broth (3 cups)
06 - 298 grams French onion soup (1 can, 10.5 ounces)
07 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
10 - 450 grams beef stew meat
11 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Take your pot off the burner. Toss in the sour cream and Parmesan, then gently stir everything till it's creamy. Scoop into bowls and finish things off with a handful of crispy French fried onions for that perfect crunch.
02 - Drop the egg noodles into the hot, bubbling mix. Give it a good stir once in a while to help those noodles stay under. Keep them cooking for about 10 minutes or until they're nice and soft.
03 - Pour in both the beef broth and canned French onion soup. Make sure to scrape up any browned bits from the bottom while you stir. Let it start to bubble, then turn the heat down low and let the beef hang out for 10 minutes.
04 - Heat olive oil in your big pot over medium-high. Add beef chunks and shake on onion powder, garlic powder, and as much salt and pepper as you like. Let the beef cook, flipping it now and then, about 3 to 5 minutes till you see nice browning all around.

# Notes:

01 - Remember to stir now and then so all those noodles stay covered and cook through evenly.
