Easy Butterfinger Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 cup powdered sugar
02 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
03 - 4 tablespoons butter, softened
04 - 1 cup regular peanut butter (not the natural kind)

→ Mix-ins

05 - ½ cup Butterfinger bars, smashed up
06 - ¾ cup crushed graham crackers

→ Coating

07 - 8 ounces chocolate chips or chocolate bark
08 - For decorating: sea salt, sprinkles, or more Butterfinger crumbles (all optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Plunge each ball into the melted chocolate. Toss on toppings if you want. Let them set up until totally firm.
02 - Scoop out bits of the mix and roll into balls about a tablespoon big. Pop the balls in the freezer to firm up for half an hour.
03 - Gently stir in the graham and Butterfingers. Don’t overmix – just get it combined.
04 - Whip together peanut butter and butter till smooth, then pour in vanilla. Slowly add powdered sugar until fully mixed in.
