# Instructions:

01 - Cook ramen noodles according to the package instructions, discarding most of the water and leaving 2–3 tablespoons in the pot.
02 - In a small bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and 2 tablespoons of water until combined.
03 - Drain the noodles, return them to the pot, and stir in the prepared sauce mixture along with the buldak flavor packet (if using).
04 - Cook the noodles and sauce mixture over low heat until the sauce thickens slightly and evenly coats the noodles.
05 - Turn off the heat, sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the noodles, and cover for 1–2 minutes until the cheese melts.
06 - Transfer the noodles to a bowl and top with green onions, sesame seeds, and an egg if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Adjust gochujang to suit your spice tolerance. For a milder version, use less or omit the included spice packet.
02 - Add protein like grilled chicken, tofu, or beef to make it a more substantial meal.
03 - For extra flavor, mix mozzarella with cheddar cheese.
