# Ingredients:

01 - Olive oil - 2 tablespoons, divided
02 - Flank steak - 1 pound, sliced thinly against grain
03 - Medium onion, sliced
04 - Broccoli - 2 cups small florets
05 - Red bell pepper, cut into small pieces

→ Sauce

06 - Low-sodium soy sauce - ½ cup
07 - Water - ½ cup
08 - Honey - ¼ cup
09 - Fresh ginger, grated - 1 teaspoon
10 - Garlic cloves, minced - 3-4
11 - Apple cider vinegar or rice vinegar - ½ teaspoon
12 - Crushed red pepper flakes - ¼ teaspoon
13 - Cornstarch - 3 tablespoons

# Instructions:

01 - Prep rice/noodles if serving. Slice steak thinly across grain. Whisk sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
02 - Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet over high heat. Stir-fry onion, broccoli, and pepper 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp. Remove to plate.
03 - Add remaining oil. Spread beef in single layer, cook 1 minute, then flip and cook another minute until just rare.
04 - Return vegetables to skillet, add sauce. Stir until coated and thickened, 1-3 minutes. Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
