# Ingredients:

01 - 16 ounces rotini pasta, cooked, drained and cooled
02 - 2 cups diced whole dill pickles (about 5 large pickles), juice reserved
03 - 1½ cups cubed cheddar or Colby-jack cheese
04 - 1-2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill

→ Dressing

05 - ½ cup mayonnaise
06 - ½ cup sour cream
07 - 1 tablespoon dried dill
08 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
09 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
10 - ½ teaspoon dried parsley
11 - 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice

# Instructions:

01 - In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, dried dill, onion powder, black pepper, dried parsley, and pickle juice until smooth and well combined.
02 - Add the cooled pasta, diced dill pickles, cubed cheese, and fresh dill to a large salad bowl. Pour the dressing over everything.
03 - Gently stir all ingredients together until everything is evenly coated with dressing. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow all the flavors to meld together.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure your pasta is completely cooled before adding the other ingredients, otherwise your cheese cubes might start to melt.
