Place the chicken, salt, pepper, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, and garlic in a crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Shred the chicken and stir back into the crock pot.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom half in a 9X13 pan.

Spoon the shredded chicken onto the bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls in the pan. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese (reserve 1 tablespoon of Parmesan for later). Place the top half of the Hawaiian rolls on top.

Brush the Hawaiian rolls with melted butter and sprinkle the reserved Parmesan cheese and garlic salt on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 2-5 minutes to brown the top.
