01 - 4 small-medium chicken breasts or 2 large breasts, halved
02 - Salt and pepper to taste
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 cup light or heavy cream
06 - 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or oregano
07 - ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
08 - 1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
03 - In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add the cream, season with Italian seasoning or oregano, and stir in grated parmesan.
04 - If desired, add the chopped spinach to the sauce and mix until wilted.
05 - Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over each piece. Simmer for 1 additional minute to blend flavors.
