Cut the peeled bananas into thin, uniform slices, around ⅛-inch thick.

Combine cinnamon and sugar in a little bowl. Toss the banana slices in the melted butter or coconut oil, then coat them with the cinnamon-sugar blend.

Heat up the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3–5 minutes.

Lay the slices flat in the air fryer basket without overlapping. Cook at 350°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they're crispy and golden.

Put the finished chips on a wire rack to let them cool completely and crisp up more. Eat right away or store for later.
