Crispy Banana Chips (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 bananas that are ripe but firm, peeled and chopped into thin slices about ⅛-inch thick
02 - 1 tablespoon of melted butter or coconut oil
03 - ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ground
04 - 1 tablespoon sugar, regular or coconut

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the peeled bananas into thin, uniform slices, around ⅛-inch thick.
02 - Combine cinnamon and sugar in a little bowl. Toss the banana slices in the melted butter or coconut oil, then coat them with the cinnamon-sugar blend.
03 - Heat up the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3–5 minutes.
04 - Lay the slices flat in the air fryer basket without overlapping. Cook at 350°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they're crispy and golden.
05 - Put the finished chips on a wire rack to let them cool completely and crisp up more. Eat right away or store for later.
