Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Wings (Print Version)

01 - Chicken wings - 1 pound, split into flats and drummettes
02 - Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
03 - Garlic salt - 1 teaspoon, or to taste
04 - Lemon pepper - 1 teaspoon

# Instructions:

01 - Pat chicken wings thoroughly dry with paper towels and place in a mixing bowl.
02 - Toss wings with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic salt and lemon pepper. Mix until evenly coated.
03 - Arrange wings in a single layer in air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F for 8 minutes, flip, then cook another 8 minutes until crispy and golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - For extra salty wings, increase garlic salt to 1½ teaspoons
02 - Can substitute garlic salt with ¾ teaspoon salt plus ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
03 - For double batches, cook in multiple batches if needed and increase time to 18-22 minutes
