Creamy Garlic Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped or grated (1 tablespoon)
02 - 2 tablespoons plain flour
03 - 1/2 cup water, vegetable broth, or chicken broth
04 - 2 tablespoons butter (unsalted)
05 - Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, adjust to your liking
06 - 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
07 - 1 1/2 cups half-and-half

# Instructions:

01 - Heat the butter in a big skillet on medium. Toss in the garlic and stir for around 30 seconds until it smells amazing.
02 - Sprinkle in the flour and stir constantly for a minute or two, letting it turn a light golden color.
03 - Pour in the half-and-half and broth slowly while whisking. Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes until it starts to thicken up.
04 - Mix in the parsley and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Adjust it to taste.
