Easy Chicken and Rice Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - Chicken, cooked and diced - 3 cups
02 - Minute rice, uncooked - 2 cups

→ Sauce Ingredients

03 - Dry onion soup mix - 1 package
04 - Cream of mushroom soup - 1 can
05 - Cream of chicken soup - 1 can
06 - Milk - 2¼ cups
07 - Sour cream - ¾ cup
08 - Water - ½ cup

→ Seasonings

09 - Salt and pepper to taste
10 - Parsley for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Combine all ingredients except parsley in large bowl.
02 - Pour into greased 9x13 casserole dish.
03 - Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
04 - Remove foil and bake additional 10 minutes until golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - Can use rotisserie or leftover chicken
02 - Rice does not need precooking
03 - Great weeknight meal
