Creamy Chicken Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 chicken breasts, no bones or skin
02 - 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
03 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - A sprinkle of garlic powder
06 - Salt and pepper to your liking
07 - 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
08 - 1 full cup of chicken broth
09 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
10 - 1 teaspoon of Italian herbs
11 - A handful (1/4 cup) of freshly chopped parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Melt the butter or heat up olive oil in a skillet on medium. Sprinkle chicken with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
02 - Cook chicken for about 4-5 minutes per side until it turns golden. Move it out of the skillet and set somewhere safe.
03 - On low heat, drop the softened cream cheese into the skillet. Stir as it begins to melt down.
04 - Slowly pour in the chicken broth while whisking to make a smooth mixture.
05 - Sprinkle in the Parmesan and Italian herbs. Let it cook a couple of minutes and it’ll thicken a bit.
06 - Put the chicken back in, and spoon the sauce generously over it. Cover and let it cook on low for 10-15 minutes.
07 - Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and dig in.

# Notes:

01 - Sprinkle in crushed red pepper or fresh garlic for added zing.
02 - Tastes great with mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta on the side.
03 - Store any extras in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
