Creamy Chicken Broccoli Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 cups of broccoli, cut into florets
02 - 2 cooked chicken breasts, diced up
03 - 8 ounces of penne noodles

→ Sauce

04 - 2 cups whole milk
05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
06 - 1 cup parmesan, grated
07 - 1 small onion, chopped up
08 - 2 tablespoons regular flour
09 - 1 teaspoon salt plus 1 teaspoon pepper
10 - 4 cloves garlic, smashed or chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Pop your pasta, chicken, and those broccoli pieces into the sauce. Let it get hot for about 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle more parmesan if you want.
02 - Toss flour into your pan. Stir it for a couple minutes. Slowly add the milk while whisking. When it's thick, pour in your parmesan. Mix until it's all melty and smooth.
03 - Heat oil, then throw in your onion. Let it go soft, then add garlic and your salt and pepper. Stir and cook about a minute.
04 - Get water boiling for your noodles. Add them in and cook. A few minutes before you're done, throw in the broccoli. Drain everything and leave it aside.
