Homemade White Castle Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Patties

01 - Lean ground beef - 1 pound
02 - Better Than Bouillon Beef - 1 tablespoon
03 - Garlic powder - ¼ teaspoon
04 - Salt - ⅛ teaspoon
05 - Ground black pepper - ⅛ teaspoon

→ Assembly Ingredients

06 - Dinner rolls - 12, cut in half
07 - Yellow onion, finely chopped - 1 cup
08 - Kraft American Cheese Slices - 10-12, each cut into 4 squares
09 - Dill pickle chips - 20-24
10 - Water - ¼ cup

→ Optional Toppings

11 - Ketchup
12 - Mustard

# Instructions:

01 - Mix ground beef with bouillon and garlic powder. Spread evenly on parchment-lined baking sheet, cut into 12 squares, make 5 holes in each.
02 - Freeze meat patties for 3 hours.
03 - Preheat oven to 450°F. Place onions and water in baking sheet, top with frozen patties. Season with salt and pepper, cook 10 minutes.
04 - Place bottom buns on patties, tops staggered over them. Cook 3 minutes more.
05 - Add cheese squares, pickles, and condiments. Top with remaining buns and serve immediately.
