Lightly butter a 1-quart baking dish. Add Minute Rice, milk, sugar, butter, salt, vanilla, nutmeg, and raisins. Stir until well combined.

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 1 hour. After 15 minutes, stir the mixture and continue baking.

Remove the dish from the oven and stir again. While the pudding is still hot, sprinkle cinnamon over the top.

Serve the pudding warm, or let it cool and chill in the fridge. It will thicken as it sits. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
