                Combine all marinade ingredients and whisk vigorously to blend, or mix them in a jar, close the lid, and shake well. Reserve ¼ cup of the marinade for later use.

                In a bowl or large zip-close bag, combine the chicken and the marinade (excluding the reserved ¼ cup). Toss to coat thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.

                Preheat the grill to medium heat and oil the grates to prevent sticking.

                Place the chicken on the preheated grill using tongs. Cook for 5-7 minutes, then turn and brush half of the reserved marinade onto the tops of the chicken.

                Cook for another 5-7 minutes, flip the chicken, and brush the remaining marinade over the top. Continue cooking for 2-4 more minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.

                Serve the chicken immediately. Garnish with fresh herbs, and lemon, lime, or orange wedges for squeezing over the top. Enjoy!
