01 - 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 1/4 cup milk
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
06 - 2 tablespoons butter
07 - 1/4 cup white sugar
08 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
09 - 1/2 cup cream cheese icing (from the cinnamon roll can)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Open the can of cinnamon rolls and separate them. Cut each roll into 4 equal pieces.
03 - In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
04 - In a separate shallow dish, mix the white sugar and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
05 - Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
06 - Dip each cinnamon roll piece into the egg mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated, then place it in the skillet. Cook until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
07 - Transfer the cooked bites to a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until cooked through.
08 - While baking, warm the cream cheese icing in the microwave for 15-20 seconds until it reaches a dippable consistency.
09 - Once baked, remove the bites from the oven and toss them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until well coated.
10 - Serve immediately with the warm cream cheese icing on the side for dipping.
