# Ingredients:

→ For the Crust

01 - 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
02 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
03 - 1/4 cup sugar

→ For the Cheesecake Filling

04 - 16 oz cream cheese, softened
05 - 1/2 cup sugar
06 - 2 large eggs
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ For the Cinnamon Swirl

08 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
09 - 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
10 - 1 tablespoon cinnamon

→ For the Glaze

11 - 1 cup powdered sugar
12 - 2-3 tablespoons milk
13 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 165 degrees Celsius. Line a 9×9 inch pan with parchment paper, letting it hang over the edges for easy removal.
02 - In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press this mixture evenly into the base of the prepared pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
03 - In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until creamy and smooth. Add in eggs and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
04 - In a small bowl, blend melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
05 - Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the cooled crust. Drizzle the cinnamon mixture on top and swirl with a knife to create a beautiful pattern.
06 - Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is firm and the edges are golden. Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
07 - Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle generously over the cooled bars.
08 - Use the parchment paper to lift the bars out of the pan. Slice them into squares and enjoy.

# Notes:

01 - Keep an eye on the baking time to avoid overcooking. The bars should be set in the middle but still have a slight jiggle when you take them out of the oven.
02 - For an indulgent twist, add some chopped nuts or chocolate chips to the cheesecake layer!
03 - These bars can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator, making them perfect for parties or gatherings.
04 - Experiment with different flavorings in the glaze, such as almond extract or lemon zest, to customize your bars!
