Chocolate Cupcakes Bliss (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 120ml hot water
02 - 120ml vegetable oil
03 - 120ml milk
04 - 1/2 tsp salt
05 - 43g unsweetened natural cocoa powder
06 - 130g all-purpose flour
07 - 1 large egg
08 - 207g sugar
09 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
10 - 1 tsp baking soda

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 148°C (300°F) and get a cupcake pan ready with liners.
02 - Mix together cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, salt, and flour in a big bowl. Whisk it well.
03 - Pour in the egg, milk, vanilla, and vegetable oil. Keep mixing until it's nice and smooth.
04 - Slowly mix in the hot water. The batter will look pretty runny, but that's good.
05 - Carefully fill up each cupcake liner halfway with the batter.
06 - Let them bake for 18–21 minutes. Poke the center with a toothpick—if it comes out with a few crumbs, they're ready.
07 - Let the cupcakes sit for around 5 minutes in the pan, then move them onto a wire rack to cool completely.
08 - Top them off with chocolate or vanilla frosting, and sprinkle on your favorite decorations if you want.
