Effortless Chocolate Cottage Mousse (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Mousse Base

01 - 120 g full-fat cottage cheese
02 - 8–16 g unsweetened cocoa powder
03 - 5–10 g powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
04 - 2.5 ml vanilla extract

→ Optional Enrichment

05 - 10–20 g melted dark chocolate

# Instructions:

01 - Combine cottage cheese, cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract in a blender or food processor. Blend at high speed until mixture is completely smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
02 - If desired, pour in melted dark chocolate and pulse until fully emulsified, producing a glossy and decadent texture.
03 - Transfer mousse to individual serving bowls or glasses. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop and texture to set.
04 - Before serving, optionally dust with additional cocoa powder, add chocolate shavings, or top with fresh berries for visual appeal and added flavor.
