Chocolate Coconut Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Primary Components

01 - 1 can (300ml) sweetened condensed milk
02 - 1 1/2 cups (180g) crushed graham cracker crumbs
03 - 1 1/2 cups (120g) shredded coconut flakes
04 - 1 1/2 cups (255g) chocolate chips, either milk or dark

→ Liquid Additions

05 - 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract
06 - 1/4 cup (57g) butter, melted

→ Outer Layer

07 - 1/2 cup (60g) extra crushed graham crackers for coating

# Instructions:

01 - In a big mixing bowl, stir together sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
02 - Toss in the graham crumbs, coconut, and chocolate. Carefully stir until everything is well distributed.
03 - Put the mixture in the fridge for around an hour, or use the freezer for about 15-20 minutes to speed things up.
04 - Scoop out small chunks (roughly 1 1/4 inches) and shape them into balls. Then, coat each one by rolling it in the extra graham crumbs.
05 - Refrigerate the graham-coated balls until hardened, about 30 minutes to 1 hour. Pop them into an airtight container and keep chilled for up to 7 days.
