Chicken Noodle Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 ounces uncooked egg noodles
02 - 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
03 - 2 cans (10 ounces each) cream of chicken soup
04 - 1 cup milk
05 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 2 cups frozen peas and carrots or frozen mixed vegetables
07 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic
08 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
09 - 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Coat a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray.
02 - Cook the egg noodles according to package directions.
03 - In a large bowl, mix the cooked noodles, chopped chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, shredded cheese, frozen vegetables, garlic, and black pepper until fully combined.
04 - Place the mixture into the prepared baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
05 - Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
06 - Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

01 - You can use any combination of cooked chicken, such as rotisserie chicken, grilled chicken, or leftover chicken.
