Creamy Baked Cheese Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
02 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
03 - 8 oz cream cheese, room temp
04 - 1 cup chicken broth
05 - 4 chicken breasts, no skin or bones

→ Seasonings

06 - Salt and pepper as needed
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian blend
08 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
10 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (if you like)

# Instructions:

01 - Toss everything in the oven with the sauce over the chicken. Bake 25–30 minutes, so the chicken cooks through till 165°F. Sprinkle with parsley to finish up.
02 - Blend the cream cheese with chicken broth right in the skillet you used. Add Parmesan and check if it needs more salt or pepper.
03 - Drop the chicken into hot oil in your skillet, turning for a couple of minutes both sides until you get a nice brown. Move them to your dish.
04 - Dust both sides of your chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic, onion, and Italian herbs.
05 - Crank up your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grab a baking dish and give it a quick grease so nothing sticks.
