→ Assembly

10 - Chopped parsley and a few chili flakes to sprinkle on top
11 - 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
12 - About 12 King's Hawaiian sheet rolls or you can use a French baguette

# Instructions:

01 - Throw salt and olive oil over the garlic, cover it up, bake in the oven at 400°F for 20 minutes. Once it's golden, smash it up and keep it aside.
02 - Stir your smashed garlic with melted butter, the egg, milk, chopped parsley, and seasonings until nice and smooth.
03 - Slice your bread rolls across and pop them in the oven at 350°F. Let them bake for 8-10 minutes so they get a little crispy.
04 - Dunk each piece of toasted bread into the garlic butter custard so they're covered. Bake again at 350°F for 15-18 minutes until they've got a golden look.
05 - Scatter mozzarella over the hot bread, put it under the broiler for about 5 minutes to get melty. Toss parsley and chili flakes on top when it's done.

# Notes:

01 - This one’s a cheesy, garlicky pull-apart with loads of roasted garlic custard and stretchy cheese on soft Hawaiian bread or a crusty baguette.
