Pop the dish in at 375°F for 30-40 minutes so it turns a lovely golden color and doesn’t jiggle. Wait just 5 minutes and you’re good to dig in.

Crack the eggs into a big bowl, then dump in the milk and your seasonings. Give it all a good whisk so it’s mixed up nice and even.

Toss the sausage into a big pan. Brown it up nice and break it apart, then get rid of any fat left over.
