Cheesy Ground Beef and Rice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 cup uncooked white rice
03 - 2 cups beef broth
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
06 - 1 small onion, diced
07 - 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
08 - 1 tsp garlic powder
09 - 1 tsp paprika
10 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - In a large skillet, cook ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
03 - Stir in uncooked rice, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
04 - Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread evenly.
05 - Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
06 - Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
07 - Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
08 - Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
