Let it chill for 5 minutes before cutting. If you feel like it, top with ketchup, mustard, diced tomatoes, or pickles.
02 -
Pop the dish in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes. When it's golden and a knife poked in the middle comes out clean, it's good to go.
03 -
Carefully pour the Bisquick mix all over the beef and cheese in the plate. Make sure it spreads out and covers everything.
04 -
In a medium bowl, beat eggs, milk, and Bisquick until super smooth. Set this aside for a sec.
05 -
Drop the beef mix into your pie plate, spread it around. Toss all that shredded cheddar evenly over the top.
06 -
Wipe down a 23 cm pie plate with a bit of butter or spray so nothing sticks.
07 -
Add some garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Give it a stir, then take the pan off the heat.
08 -
Over medium heat, toss your onion and ground beef into a skillet. Keep cooking until the beef's done and onions are soft, about 8 to 10 minutes. Pour off any extra grease.
09 -
Set your oven to heat up to 200°C.
