Cheesy Shrimp Scampi Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 pound big shrimp, peeled and cleaned
02 - 12 ounces spaghetti or linguine

→ Sauce

03 - 1 cup heavy cream
04 - ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
05 - 1 lemon, both zest and juice
06 - 4 tablespoons butter
07 - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
08 - ½ cup white wine or chicken stock

→ Topping

09 - Salt and black pepper as you like
10 - 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
11 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
12 - ½ cup Parmesan, grated

# Instructions:

01 - Boil the pasta until it's just right. Fire up the oven to 375°F.
02 - Melt butter, cook garlic and chili flakes, then toss in the shrimp. When they're pink, pull them out and keep handy.
03 - Pour wine into the pan and let it bubble for a couple minutes. Stir in the heavy cream and lemon, mix with the noodles.
04 - Put everything in a baking dish, scatter shrimp and all that cheese on top. Bake it for 15 to 20 minutes till everything's nice and melty.
