Cheesecake Brownie Layer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cheesecake layer

01 - 2 large eggs
02 - ½ cup sugar
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
04 - 2 blocks cream cheese (8oz/250g each, softened)

→ Brownie layer

05 - One box of brownie mix (15.25oz/440g)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and let it warm up.
02 - Follow the instructions on the brownie box, then spread the batter across a greased 9-inch springform pan.
03 - Put the brownie mix into the oven and bake it for about half an hour. Take it out when it's finished.
04 - In a bowl, toss in the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Use a mixer to blend everything until smooth. Pour this on top of your baked brownie base.
05 - Lower your oven temperature to 325°F (160°C) and bake it for 50 minutes. The cheesecake should look set with a little jiggle in the middle.
06 - Let everything cool completely before you take it out of the pan. Try adding chocolate sauce when you serve it, if you'd like.

# Notes:

01 - For this, I grabbed a 440g box of Betty Crocker Chocolate Chunk brownie mix.
