# Instructions:

02 - Stir the flour, salt, and baking powder together in a large bowl.
03 - Mix in the cold butter until the texture turns crumbly, like coarse sand.
04 - Gently stir in the cottage cheese and herbs until everything is just blended.
05 - Spread some flour on a flat surface, lightly knead the dough until it holds together. Then, press it into rounds about an inch thick.
