Garlic Butter Steak Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Steak Bites

01 - Salt and cracked black pepper as needed
02 - 1 teaspoon fresh or ½ teaspoon dried thyme leaves
03 - 4 garlic cloves, chopped small
04 - 3 tablespoons butter, unsalted
05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
06 - 1½ pounds sirloin steak, chopped into small pieces

→ Parmesan Cream Sauce

07 - Handful of chopped fresh parsley for on top
08 - Salt and pepper, just a pinch
09 - ½ teaspoon powdered garlic
10 - ½ cup shredded Parmesan
11 - 1 cup thick cream
12 - 1 tablespoon regular flour
13 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

# Instructions:

01 - Mix in Parmesan and some garlic powder to your sauce. Adjust salt and pepper if it needs it. Spoon sauce all over steak bites and scatter parsley on top.
02 - Melt butter in a second saucepan. Add flour and cook for a minute, whisking. Slowly pour in cream, keep whisking, and let it get creamy for a few minutes.
03 - Turn stove to medium. Put butter, garlic, and thyme in the pan. Cook it for a minute until it smells really good. Toss steak back in and coat with the butter stuff.
04 - Pour olive oil in a big skillet and get it hot over medium-high. Sear steak bits on each side for a couple minutes until browned. Pull them out when done.
05 - Slice sirloin into little cubes. Sprinkle on salt and pepper so they're covered.

# Notes:

01 - Dinner comes together fast and feels fancy, thanks to juicy steak bits and dreamy Parmesan cream on top.
