Tomato Burrata Basil (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 170 g burrata cheese
02 - 200 g cherry tomatoes
03 - 30 fresh basil leaves
04 - 3 medium heirloom tomatoes

→ Seasoning

05 - 0.5 teaspoon sea salt, adjust as needed
06 - 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
07 - 60 ml of extra virgin olive oil
08 - 0.25 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the heirloom tomatoes into slices about 8 mm thick. Spread them out evenly across a large platter.
02 - Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, then scatter them over the heirloom slices.
03 - Chop basil leaves into fine pieces, then sprinkle them all over the tomatoes.
04 - Tear or cut the burrata into smaller chunks and place them gently on top.
05 - Sprinkle salt and pepper on top, then evenly drizzle on olive oil and balsamic. Serve fresh without waiting!
