05 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
06 - 410g canned diced tomatoes, undrained
07 - 480ml beef broth
08 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
09 - 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
10 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
11 - 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

→ Sauce and Garnish

12 - 240ml heavy cream
13 - 150g shredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella
14 - 15g chopped fresh parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Boil bowtie pasta in salted water until al dente, following package guidelines. Drain thoroughly and reserve.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and diced onion, cooking for 5-7 minutes until beef is deeply browned and onion is translucent. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
03 - Add diced tomatoes with juices, beef broth, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5-7 minutes to meld flavors and reduce slightly.
04 - Lower heat to medium-low and pour in heavy cream, stirring gently for 2-3 minutes. Gradually add shredded cheese, stirring until fully melted and the sauce becomes smooth.
05 - Return drained pasta to the pot and gently toss with the creamy beef mixture until evenly coated.
06 - Sprinkle chopped parsley over the pasta. Serve immediately while hot.

# Notes:

01 - Add steamed broccoli, peas, or spinach for enhanced nutrition without altering core flavors.
02 - Incorporate crushed red pepper flakes or diced jalapeños during sautéing for additional spiciness.
03 - To maintain a creamy texture when reheating, add a splash of milk or broth. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
