Loaded Fries Ground Beef (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Special sauce fixings

01 - Juice from half a lemon
02 - 2 tablespoons ketchup
03 - 5 tablespoons mayo
04 - A bit of salt and pepper

→ Basics you'll need

05 - 2 hefty slices cheddar (or about 1 cup shredded cheddar)
06 - 1 pound 5 ounces (600g) frozen crispy fries

→ Meaty sauce stuff

07 - Sea salt plus cracked black pepper, toss in as much as you like
08 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
09 - 2 raw garlic cloves, crushed
10 - 3/4 cup tomato puree or thick strained tomatoes
11 - 2 big spoonfuls tomato paste
12 - 1 pound (500g) ground beef, fresh

# Instructions:

01 - Ladle that tangy sauce over all your cheesy loaded fries. Go wild with chopped parsley if you want it looking extra nice. Eat up right now so it's melty and perfect.
02 - Pile your crispy fries into a heat-safe pan. Spread on all the beef sauce. Cover with cheese slices (or drop on a big handful of shreds). Pop under the broiler or toss in a 350°F oven for just a few minutes till the cheese bubbles and melts.
03 - Grab a small bowl and stir together the mayo, ketchup, and fresh lemon juice till it's creamy. Drop in a pinch of salt and pepper. It's zippy and smooth and pulls the whole thing together.
04 - Smash and chop your garlic. In a hot dry pan (you won't need oil because beef is fatty), crumble in the ground beef and cook till brown. Mix in garlic and tomato paste, give it a minute or so. Dump in the tomato puree, oregano, salt and pepper, and simmer until thick—should take about 5 minutes.
05 - Fire up the oven or air fryer and bake the fries following the bag directions. Let them get super golden, since toppings make them go soft later.

# Notes:

01 - Wanna switch it up? Sprinkle green onions, toss on jalapeño rings, throw in some red chili flakes, or squirt on BBQ sauce for extra zing.
