BBQ Chicken Potato Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup BBQ sauce
02 - 4 boneless chicken breasts, no skin (about 1.5 pounds)
03 - 2 medium sweet potatoes (about 1 pound), peeled and cut into cubes
04 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
05 - Salt and pepper, as much as you like

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 400°F (200°C) and get a baking sheet lined with parchment.
02 - Mix sweet potato cubes with oil, a sprinkle of salt, and some pepper. Spread them over one part of your baking sheet.
03 - Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken breasts and place them on the empty part of the baking sheet.
04 - Bake everything for 25-30 minutes. The chicken should hit 165°F (75°C), and the sweet potatoes should soften up nicely.
05 - Brush the chicken with BBQ sauce and pop it back into the oven for another 5 minutes to get that sauce sticky.
06 - Slice up the chicken, toss it into bowls with the roasted sweet potatoes, and add any extras you like.
