180mL of vanilla almond milk, unsweetened

70g of frozen banana slices

70g of frozen blueberries that are unsweetened

180g of plain Greek yogurt, nonfat
# Instructions:

Place the ingredients one after the other into the blender, doesn't matter the order.

Blend everything until you get a creamy, lump-free drink.
03 -
Pour your drink into a glass and sip it immediately.

Feel free to swap almond milk with any other milk you like (dairy, soy, coconut, etc.).

This drink is super thick; add less ice or skip some if you'd rather it thinner.
