Banana Blueberry Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Blend Essentials

01 - 260g of ice, in cubes
02 - 180mL of vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
03 - 70g of frozen banana slices
04 - 70g of frozen blueberries that are unsweetened
05 - 180g of plain Greek yogurt, nonfat

# Instructions:

01 - Place the ingredients one after the other into the blender, doesn't matter the order.
02 - Blend everything until you get a creamy, lump-free drink.
03 - Pour your drink into a glass and sip it immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to swap almond milk with any other milk you like (dairy, soy, coconut, etc.).
02 - This drink is super thick; add less ice or skip some if you'd rather it thinner.
