Effortless BLT Cold Bacon Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Mix

01 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
02 - 2 tablespoons Ranch powder
03 - 240 ml sour cream or mayo
04 - 225 g softened cream cheese

→ Toppings

05 - 6 pieces thick bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled up
06 - 100 g shredded cheddar
07 - 1 Roma tomato, chopped tiny
08 - 50 g iceberg lettuce, sliced super thin

# Instructions:

01 - Pop your dip in the fridge until people are ready to dig in. Offer whatever chips, veggies, or some crusty bread you have on hand.
02 - Sprinkle on the tomato bits first, add a scatter of cheddar shreds, and toss the bacon you saved on last.
03 - Take the shredded lettuce and pack it along the edge of your dish, right around the dip.
04 - Spoon your creamy mix into a 23 cm dish, even it out on the bottom, but keep the sides clear.
05 - Gently mix a couple pieces of the crunchy bacon into the creamed base. Save what's left for on top.
06 - Stir the softened cream cheese, sour cream or mayo, Ranch powder, and garlic powder all together in a bowl until it's super smooth.

# Notes:

01 - Chop and prep the toppings right before you build everything so it's nice and crisp.
02 - You can get the creamy part ready ahead of time—just cover and chill it, then finish assembling when it's time to eat.
03 - It's awesome with pita chips, crunchy bagels, sliced up fresh veggies, or hunks of hearty bread.
