# Ingredients:

01 - Tomatoes - 1 pound (3-4 medium), diced
02 - Medium onion - ½ (1 cup chopped)
03 - Jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely minced - 1 (optional)
04 - Fresh cilantro, chopped - ½ cup

→ Seasonings

05 - Lime juice - 2 tablespoons (from 1 lime)
06 - Salt - ½ teaspoon, or to taste
07 - Black pepper - ⅛ teaspoon

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine diced tomatoes, onion, jalapeño pepper, and chopped cilantro.
02 - Add lime juice, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine. Serve immediately or refrigerate overnight.
