Air Fryer Hot Italian Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base & Wrap

01 - 4 medium flour tortillas (20 cm)
02 - 120 g shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 1 tablespoon (15 ml) butter, melted

→ Italian Deli Meats

04 - 8 slices deli ham
05 - 12 slices hard salami
06 - 24 slices pepperoni

→ Flavor & Seasonings

07 - 20 banana pepper rings
08 - 2 teaspoons (10 ml) Italian dressing
09 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

# Instructions:

01 - Stack the tortillas on a microwave-safe plate, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave for 20–25 seconds until warm and flexible.
02 - Set the air fryer to 193°C and allow it to preheat for 3 minutes during assembly.
03 - Lay each tortilla flat and sprinkle with a portion of mozzarella cheese for the base layer.
04 - Layer 2 slices of ham, 3 slices of salami, and 6 slices of pepperoni evenly across each tortilla.
05 - Arrange 5 banana pepper rings on each wrap, drizzle with ½ teaspoon Italian dressing, and sprinkle lightly with Italian seasoning.
06 - Add another sprinkle of mozzarella cheese, then roll each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides before rolling from bottom to top.
07 - Brush the tops of each wrap with melted butter. Place seam-side down in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes until golden brown.
08 - Remove wraps carefully, brush with extra melted butter if desired, allow to cool for 1 minute, then slice diagonally and serve hot.

# Notes:

01 - Warm tortillas before rolling to prevent tearing and ensure pliability.
02 - Avoid overfilling to ease rolling and sealing of each wrap.
03 - If preferred, wraps can be baked at 200°C for 10–15 minutes as an alternative to air frying.
04 - Cooking times may need adjustment depending on the air fryer model.
